1) ALWAYS-EMOTION strictly manages personal information received from customers. ALWAYS-EMOTION takes necessary and appropriate security measures to protect personal information received from customers from loss, destruction, unauthorized disclosure to outside parties, alteration, and unauthorized access. ALWAYS-EMOTION will not provide personal information received from customers to third parties without prior consent, except in the cases described in (1) through (3) below.

(2) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either a national agency or local government to execute affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the customer’s consent is likely to impede the execution of such affairs.
(iii) Cases in which the provision of personal information to third parties is to be stopped in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law upon the customer’s request.
